Nestled on the sandy shores of Lake Roosevelt and looking out over a few billion years of geological history, our community of Seven Bays stands as the jewel of the Columbia River Valley. Whether you currently own property in Seven Bays or you're looking to invest in our community, Seven Bays is one of the most beautiful places to live on Lake Roosevelt. We have a community center, pool, park and private airport. The Seven Bays Marina, store and restaurant are within the community.

In 1941 the Grand Coulee Dam was built on the Columbia River as part of the Columbia River Basin project, creating a 130-mile long lake. Named for President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area provides opportunities for boating, fishing, swimming, camping, canoeing, hunting and visiting historic Fort Spokane and St. Paul's Mission.
